Cancellation of orders placed is only allowed under certain conditions and you may be eligible for part or full payment. All cancellations will be assessed on case basis and an appropriate decision will be made. Our decision on such orders shall be final and only be revoked by the court of laws. 

Order Cancellation conditions-

1. The order remains unprocessed for more than 3 business days. In such cases, you may cancel your order to get full refund except for “Cash on Delivery” orders. The refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please expect delays due to bank public holidays. You will be notified instantly when your order is processed and dispatched along with the tracking information. It is your responsibility to check your mailbox for all communications including your spam folder. In case of cancellation of order after processing, 10% of the cost of the product would be charged. If the order is cancelled after the dispatch, NO refund shall be payable and the order will be considered as “completed”.
2. In case of wrong order or wrong variable of a product (like colour, size, design), you are advised to contact us immediately before we process and dispatch the item. No change in product variations will be entertained for the dispatched products and no cancellation is allowed. You must place a new order to buy the variable of a product you are intended. 
3. Under any circumstances, NO change in mind is entertained. This includes all orders, processed, dispatched and delivered. No refund shall be payable for change in mind decisions. 
4. For “Cash on Delivery” orders, cancellation of your order at any stage for any reasons, may lead to penalty in the form of restricted access to the products or deactivation of your account. 
5. You are obliged to make the full payment for “Cash on Delivery” orders. Requests to cancel the order for having insufficient funds will not be entertained. 
6. No reasons like orders placed accidently or ordered by children would be subjected to cancellation. Such orders will be processed and dispatched and you agree to pay the order cost including the “Cash on Delivery” orders. 
7. For damaged or leaked items, you are advised to initiate the refund process and not cancel the order. Please read our “Return & Refund Policy” to check if your item qualifies for the return. 
8. We reserve right to cancel your order for reasons like out of stock, delayed shipment. failed transactions or any other reason which we feel valid for cancellation of your order. You may be eligible for full refund in such cases except “Cash on Delivery” orders. 

This policy is governed by Indian Consumer Law and any disputes emerged, shall be resolved under the guidance of Indian Consumer Court. You shall completely be responsible for any cost or losses incurred to you to resolve the matter and shall not claim any professional indemnity or advice fees from us.
