All products sold on our website are backed up by our Return and Refund Policy. You may be eligible to return certain products purchased from us based on the scenario. Please note that not all products qualify for return.

What products you can return?

1. The products that are damaged or leaked or degraded physically or chemically with apparent signs are eligible to be returned within the 21 days after receiving them.
2. In case you receive any products that have passed “expiry date” or “best before date”, such products are also qualify for return.
3. For all products that are in good condition and meet the specifications for intended use, but ordered wrong colour, shades, flavours, sizes, contents, brand, quality or any other undefined attributes, the return for such items will be restricted and you may only be eligible for a part refund. We reserve right to assess and take the final decision on such orders or items. We strongly advise you to read our “Cancellation Policy” to get more information on order cancellation and refund.  

How do I return the items?

To lodge the return for the damaged or leaked or degraded products and to claim the full refund, a video of “unboxing” the products must be made and sent to us along with your return request. In case you fail to make any evidential video, you can still lodge the return order. In such cases, we reserve right to verify the authenticity of the claim and analyse the extent and reasons of damage or leak or degradation in to the product and decide on the refund amount to be paid to you. In such cases, the decision taken by us shall be final and you agree to the refund amount decided for the returned product. You also agree to pay the return shipping charges to send the products back to our store and allow us sufficient time to decide on your claim.

For other products (2 & 3) that are unopened and unused and are in original packing, must be returned through our return channel.

Please note that we do not accept any other channel or mode of return or sending the items directly back to us by a courier or post.

What can not be returned?

1. Products that meet the specifications for their intended use but you just want to return them due to change of mind.
2. All products that are opened, used partially or exhaustively are not eligible. 
3. All products that have lapsed return period of 21 days are are not eligible. 
4. Cash on Delivery items due to lack of funds.
5. All special products that are made available exclusively to you.
6. Any products that caused you any sort of internal or external reactions by any ingredients. We strongly recommend you to be aware of any chemicals or contents you may be allergic or sensitive before ordering any products. You shall not claim any refund or hold us responsible for any such unwanted reactions caused to you by using any such products or ingredients.

This policy is governed by Indian Consumer Law and any disputes emerged, shall be resolved under the guidance of Indian Consumer Court. You shall completely be responsible for any cost or losses incurred to you to resolve the matter and shall not claim any professional indemnity or advice fees from us.
