This Policy describes the shipping method, product handling and delivery of products to you (the buyer). 

Shipping and handling:

After receiving a successful order, we assure you that your products are handled and packed by appropriately traned people and shipped via the most reliable and fastest courier service available to your address. We reserve right to select the best courier service for your address and are not obliged to entertain or follow any instructions in this regard. You agree to pay the full shipping and handling cost wherever applicable or except for all products that are eligible for free shipping. All items are shipped only after the confirmation of the order and receipt of the full payment except for the products eligible for cash on delivery. In case of return request, you agree to pay the full return shipping and handling charges applicable to our store address. 

Delivery:

All products will be delivered to your "Delivery address" available on your account or the address mentioned during the checkout. No requests to change the delivery address are entertained once the parcel is picked up by the courier services from us. It is your responsibility to ensure that you entered the shipping address correctly and the goods are deliverable to you with no hassel. You completely understand that there may be delay in delivery due to certain uncontrollable events. Under such circumstances, you shall not hold us responsible for any delay caused and you agree to communicate the shipping company along with your reference number to track your order.

You agree to accept the parcel in whatsoever condition it is. You may lodge a return request only if needed after receiving your article. Under no circumstances, you refuse to accept the parcels delivered to you including the cash on delivery orders. You grant us permission to take appropriate action, charge your credit or debit card or any other action deemed to be appropriate to recover the losses caused to us by you for your non acceptance or non cooperation in fulfilling the order. In case of cash on delivery items, we reserve right to take appropriate legal action against you to recover the losses caused by you for your non-cooperative acts. In such events, you spare us from paying any professional advice fees or indemnity charges.
